According to the official Company History, the 116th Signal Service Company moved to Coburg from Herzogenaurach on 16 April 1951. It moved from Coborg to Baumholder an 9 July 1951. The 116th was redesignated the 332nd Communications Reconnaissance Company on 25 October 1951.
During the fiscal year 1953, the 332nd was located in Harris Barracks, Coburg on a 5 month temporary change of station from its home station at Baumholder Kaserne.
The Unit also operated at Hoff from 10 August 1952 to 18 November 1952, returning to Heilbronn on the latter date and moving to Harris Barracks, Coburg on 2 June 1953.
