Return and Refund Policy

All returns must be approved!

Prior to returning any item, contact our PX Adminstrator (see below) to receive an approval code. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of merchandise from NASAA. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s).

 

Refunds are available for physical items that are returned in new condition with all original packaging in place or if there is a defect with an item.
